Restoring Missing Data

Often listings lack important information. Our system automatically restores missing data:

  • Year built — we estimate from architectural style and condition
  • Floor — we predict based on building type and neighborhood
  • Condition — we determine from photos and descriptions
  • Luxury level — we classify based on price, area, and photos

These restored data are used for more accurate valuation.

Accuracy of Valuations
